How long will it take to ship your order?

Our aim is to ensure all orders are shipped the next Business Day.  Please be aware that all orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia .  Typically orders will be shipped the next day with 2-3 business days to deliver more packages. Additionally, it will take around  maybe 1-2 days longer if you are in a Rural Area. If you have a delayed order or a have another question regarding delivery times please contact us on support@pinkpaws.net.au

 

How do I cancel my order?

We typically don’t allow cancellations. However,  please contact us on support@pinkpaws.net.au as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.  Obviously if the order has already been shipped there is not much we can do.

 

Can I change my shipping address?

Typically this is not possible.  However, please contact us on support@pinkpaws.net.au with the corrected address and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  Please be away if the order is already shipped this may not be possible.

 

How do I return an item?

If the item is faulty then please contact us on support@pinkpaws.net.au and we will work with you to the resolve your issue.  If required, we will provide you with a refund or replacement.

 

What payment methods are allowed?

We allow you to pay via Visa, Mastercard, Amercian Express, Diners and PayPal.

 

Where do you ship your products?

We currently ship to all physical locations (not PO Boxes) in Australia.
